Afternoon workout with the boys





After lunch and a couple hours of down time Jack and I took the boys up to the pool for a quick recovery workout. They spent about 40 minutes in the pool running, holding onto the wall kicking, and jumping. After the pool session they jumped out and did some core and push ups.

Now they are preparing their skis for some Super-G on the upper part of the glacier.
