The crew has been working very hard over the last couple weeks, one group starting to focus on improving their strength and power and the other getting a few more weeks of general strength training as they are working through their fall sports at home.
Hope everyone at home is keeping up with their conditioning plans. The snow will be here before you know it.

Keep biking as your conditioning plan allows. The weather is still looking pretty good and a great time of year to get out for a spin. Remember to keep things shorter duration now that we are moving into the final strength preparation phase before winter.
Using some short interval hits of 30-60 seconds with a 3-5min recovery between sets works great on the MTB or cross bike.
