Keep biking as your conditioning plan allows. The weather is still looking pretty good and a great time of year to get out for a spin. Remember to keep things shorter duration now that we are moving into the final strength preparation phase before winter.
Using some short interval hits of 30-60 seconds with a 3-5min recovery between sets works great on the MTB or cross bike.
