Great weekend of training and fall colors up here in Ktown. It was a hard week for the boys with some jumping and tolerance work. It is important to put some of these workouts into your training at home, ski season is coming up fast.

If you have a good base built, now is the time to start hitting your anaerobic system a little harder, so your body is ready to perform on the hill when the snow flies. Lactate tolerance workouts help the body rid the muscles of waste more efficiently not to mention the mental strength you gain from completing a hard workout. Two times a week with your strength training will do the trick.
