Sat. May 1 12 - 4pm strength/ core
Sun. May 2 9 - 12pm agility / explosive
Guys, I would like to see good attendance for this. This is extremely important for us to have and continue with our physical tests so we know where everyone is physically before we start into the preparation period. If you cannot make it both days we can be flexible and make it one or make an appointment for a different date. Give me a call if you have a conflict.

On snow postponed this weekend. Check updates for our last session next week. We will be continuing with aerobic testing on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Saturday is all fill, so contact me if you can make it on Sunday. This is an important baseline we need for your conditioning plans, so get it done.

Great job this season. get a jump on your basic fundamentals work here at Ktown, 3 weekends in April before the snow goes!

saturdays
8am - am sport at KMS
930-1130 on snow session 1
1215-200 on snow session 2
230-430 conditioning and aerobic testing
430-530 video and evaluation conferences
sundays
8am am warmup KMS
9-1130 on snow session 1
1230-230 conditioning/ testing/ mtgs. as needed
