The first slalom race of the season is over and done with! The KMS boys performed very well as a group. Some obviously better than others, but their day will come soon! It's a long season ahead! Congrats to Chad Hedlund for skiing away with a win on the home hill. Chad received a first place medal and a turkey for his solid performance. FYI coaches like turkey. Some other solid performaces included Rob Visconti in 8th place, Chad Naro in 17th, Shane Hedlund 25th, Mike Mitchell 26th and Mark Grundy 27th. The two Sams... Bateman and Scheu attacked from the back on the second run and put up some very respectable times. Good job!
Monday: Morning sport at 7:30 am, Lv. for the hill at 8:45 for GS training. We will be training on Bunny Buster.
Tuesday training is OFF.
Wednesday: Same as Monday's Schedule.
